Paolo Carman

Paolo Carman is the founder, owner and director of Keyrow Tours, a family-run company which offers creative excursions for intimate sized groups.

Paolo has earned post-graduate degrees in Spirituality and Canon Law from the University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome (Italy). He has continuously served the Vatican's Archeological Scavi Office for over 20 years as a guide, sharing the extraordinary archeological excavations beneath St. Peter's Basilica with guests from all over the world. Paolo has traveled extensively through 27 countries on 5 continents, and is now thrilled to pass on his love of history, cuisine and culture by hosting Keyrow guests in regions throughout Italy. He makes his home in a Central NY farmhouse dating back to the Civil War, along with his wife, Heather, the kitten gang and a host of native wildlife. Facilitating a powerful and transformational experience for Keyrow guests is a continuation of his lifelong commitment to serving others.



Heather Forsythe-Carman

Heather Forsythe-Carman is a licensed speech-language pathologist who has worked in a variety of medical and educational settings. She has been assisting Keyrow Tours with guest relations, marketing, research and development since 2008, and is eager to forge a new Keyrow trail in the Celtic lands of her ancestors. A traveler since birth, she has visited 46 United States via vintage "woody" station wagon, and Europe via Birkenstock. She is passionate about travel, history, theatre and animal rescue. She lives and works with Paolo and 6 rescue kittens in the wilds of Blackbird Pond outside of Trumansburg, NY.



Dale Whittaker

Dale Whittaker is a graduate of Cornell University and has worked in the luxury hospitality field for over a decade. He hails from Central New York and has previously lived in Paris (France). A member of the Keyrow family since 2017, Dale is delighted to bring people and places together in small group settings. His extensive experiences as a host and world traveler have culminated in specializing as a Keyrow tour director for Italy, Scotland, and Ireland.



Cody Long

Cody Long has been a business owner, chef, and provider of high-end travel concierge services for many years. She is drawn to epicurean traditions, regional flavors, interesting folklore, indigenous scenic beauty and communities gathered around a table. Cody resides in Scotland and has previously lived in Ireland, developing local friendships over a meal shared and a glass raised.



Adriana Faust Bianchi

Adriana (Adri) Faust Bianchi was born to American and Italian parents in Florence, Italy. Early in her in career, she taught English and Italian for extended periods of time in Sweden and in Great Britain, where she feels very much at home. Adri has worked extensively in the luxury travel industry. She currently resides in Florence, and operates a successful business as a licensed tour guide in the Tuscan region, welcoming visitors from all over the world. A proud mother of two young adult daughters, Adri's passions include travel, hiking, horses, photography, Renaissance art and her beloved city of Florence. Adri has worked for Keyrow Tours for over a decade, making the enchanted vistas of Florence come alive for Keyrow guests. She looks forward to expanding her role to include hosting new adventures beyond the Tuscan sun.



David Gamache

David Gamache is a road warrior who has traveled extensively throughout North America as a professional speaker specializing in teaching the importance of genuine human connection for the last 20 years. His speaking engagements took him to all 50 states and every province in Canada, spanning from Nome, Alaska to the Florida Keys and sharing live presentations with well over one million youth and adults.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations, and Marketing / Sociology minors with an emphasis of study in art history as well. Shortly after college he spent a season in the hospitality industry in Boston and has worked for more than 10 years in the non profit industry promoting programs that develop resiliency, compassion and servant leadership skills.

His love for adventure and travel has led him to South America and Europe, visiting numerous countries on mission trips and vacations.

David lives in Upstate New York with his wife of twenty years and is honored to join Keyrow Tours' family, and share amazing adventures with guests in Italy and beyond...



Barbara Wright

Barbara Wright has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Tompkins Cortland Community College in the State University of New York. With decades of experience in Office Management, Barb retired in 2021 as the Administrative Coordinator for the Tompkins Country Health Department after 30 years of superb service. That same year, Barb accepted her new roll as business manager for Keyrow Tours.

As an essential member of our team, Barb assists with reservations, finances, customer relations, and tour organization. On a personal level, she appreciates new life experiences through travel and nature. Barb loves sharing time with family and friends, and is especially passionate about hiking, gardening, quilting, and crafting.

Keyrow Tours recognizes that Barb's work is integral and essential for our overall operation. Her "behind the scenes" work is clearly visible in the smiles of our guests as they travel abroad.
